Server : Tempo gm map

I have a suggestion. I suggest that you all should have a tempo gm map like in orbis papa pixie map, players can use commands like !say but not banning commands and warp commands and item commands and shop commands but they get 30k each stat clothes and they need like 300m to activate a command.

Please consider this suggestion.

And the purpose of this would be?

GM isnt fun without the warp, and item commands. -_-

I have never played a GM, but I can guess what "!say" does. I assume that soes the blue GM shout, making that is the WORST idea I have ever heard. When this server gets rolling and tons of people start playing it, the chat would be constantly spammed.
